New start

When she stepped onto the paved ground, she made a pause, dropping her bag on the floor.

The sun was bright. People were doing their business, as they seemed to be doing it everyday, following their routine. Sounds of cars, children and birds. Sounds of life.
She started looking around, observing carefully. A strong feeling grew inside.
She was all alone, and, albeit anxious, she smiled.

She knew it was the beginning of a brand new life.
